Looks fantastic! Nothing wrong that I can see. Obviously he's high in the sky, and the rendering suggests strong lighting, so maybe there should be some stronger highlights.
The shadow under the wing could do with some variation in tone? I think it's a tad flat as it is.
It's still awesome as it is. :D

The feets (hands) aren't so good, but the shading is great. I like patterned wings. :) And looks like real, because of the shading and the colors. I mean... 3d... oh, better if i don't say anything in english.

Fine anatomy and a superb silhouette. A couple things, though: Some hotter highlights would be good. Also, the rim highlight on the trailing feathers seems wrong. It makes them seem volumetric, not planar. The lighting is otherwise very good and describes the volume of the creature quite well. You might consider showing off the translucence of the feathers by having a little light showing through. That one's a judgment call though.

Overall, quite nice. :)
